How to order
YOU MAY ORDER BY Phone, Fax (24 hrs.), E-Mail send written order or use purchase order form. All Special Orders must be prepald and are non-refundable.
PAYMENT METHODS Pre-paid check or use Mastercard, Visa or Discover Charge. Schools & Government agencies will be accepted on a NET/30 basis when order received on a formal, signed purchase order.
PICKUP ORDERS: Many orders can be filled by the next day for your convenience, but we do ask for 24-48 hours notice for pickup orders containing raw materials that need to be packaged.
DEADLINES: If you have a deadline that you need to receive product by, please let us know when placing your order. We will do our very best to meet your needs. Most orders leave the Runyan warehouse within 24-48 hours.
ORDERS DELIVERED TO YOU: Orders not being picked up, will be delivered the most economical way. When possible, orders weighing 300 lbs.-up will be shipped via motor freight. Smaller orders are usually shipped via UPS or USPS. NOTE: Runyan Pottery Supply cannot be responsible for orders that are not promptly and properly checked in. All shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order.
RUNYAN DISCOUNT PROCEDURE: You will automatically receive RUNYAN Quantity Discounts on certain NON-SALE Items" on CASH, PRE-PAID ORDERS & NET/30 Schools or Government Agencies when using an official written PURCHASE ORDER Form.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: Carry a minimum of 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE, plus any shipping, both ways, must be prepaid by customer. Prior to return, written authorization is required from our sales office. Request must be made within 30 days of original shipment and must include copy of invoice. We reserve the right to determine validity of exchange or returns. Absolutely NO RETURNS of Special Orders, Equipment Purchases, Open, Used or Sale Items.
PRODUCT SATISFACTION: Because there is such a variety of ways products are used and applied after they leave us, it is impossible to place a guarantee on them. We have no control over the uniformity of clays and raw materials from the clay mines. We will not be held responsible for results obtained. However, we do the very best on our end to be consistent and to please you!
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE: In our fluctuating economy...manufacturers have price changes at various times throughout the year... Therefore, we bill at the current price on date of shipment or pick-up. Please call for the most up-to-date prices (810) 687-4500 for a quote.
Please take note:
Advance payment orders: All orders to be shipped must be accompanied by full payment, plus estimated freight and tax.
For UPS shipments Allow approximately $10.30 for first pound, then .60 cents each additional pound, & handing chgs. UPS charges EXTRA for. Residental Delivery $3.50. Rural Delivery $4.00.
Special packing & handling charges: To cover insurance, packaging and handling $4.90 - $9.50 will be added to each UPS order. 10% special packaging chg. for kilin furniture & refractory shipments. $14.50 pallet charge (on orders of 300 168. & up - requiring pallet for shipping)
